故事发生在父亲邱领邦 (郑少秋) ，其妻因难产而死，留下一子邱南生 (周世英) ， 故父甚疼爱，父子感情融洽。领邦英俊倜傥，很多少女对之仰慕，奈何他无意续弦，引来不少风流韵事。领邦家里有个诸事丁管家婆 (苏杏璇) ，她样样都管，经常催促领邦结婚，闹出很多趣事。在公司里，领邦碰上三个很「怪」的职员，各有各的个性，令领邦碰到很多「翳气」的事情。南生虽年纪细小，但已懂得很多事，欢喜时助领邦一臂之力，不高兴时则破坏之，常弄得父亲啼笑皆非。。宋知许和谢观尘意外结婚，约定一年后离婚。一年后二人都忘了对方的长相，结婚证也不知道所踪。宋知许入职谢氏，得到了谢观尘的帮助，她不知道这位老板就是自己的便宜老公。二人经历种种误会，最终还是走到了一起。。Qwerty is a film about lonely concepts of people and their quirky exploits.
