伊丽娜是餐馆服务员，丈夫萨沙靠非法煤洞挖煤维生，一家人生活艰难。伊丽娜因偷拿厨余被开除，萨沙又在挖煤时失了双腿。困境中，她发现姐姐擅长俄式美食，便在社区帮助下申请贷款，摆摊卖糕点热汤。伊丽娜用社交媒体宣传，生意渐好，一家人重燃希望。。The film was written and directed by Stuart Urban, and commissioned to mark the tenth anniversary of the Falklands War. The film was closely based on the historical record, and all of the major incidents portrayed were drawn from contemporary accounts by those who took part. Filming took place on the Falkland Islands and at Ealing Studios. Urban is a fluent Spanish-speaker, and plays an uncredited role as the Argentine radio operator.。
