沈迟送妻子去医院生产，不小心超了海城四少的车，海城四少觉得被面包车超了没面子，拦下了沈迟，训斥他不该超车，沈迟解释因为妻子生产很急，赶时间，但是海城四少并不听，非要无理取闹拦着沈迟，要他道歉，结果导致时间耽误，沈迟的妻子难产......。Set in a small town in West Texas, four boyhood friends who made a solemn promise to leave town together immediately after high school graduation must now "put up or shut up."
