And they try to make the...。退休老太太李奶奶在居委会领导下成立了别出心裁的劝和小组，成员有老有少，其中有热爱国学的简爷爷，富二代女孩儿左香菱，曾经的才子如今不得志的报社记者成就，以及贪财的保险推销员费俞。劝和小组成立的目的，就是化解身边老百姓的家庭矛盾日常冲突。然而在解决身边百姓的麻烦时，劝和小组成员却发现原来小组成员也各有各的烦恼，有的是儿女不省心，有的是父母即将离异，包括与前妻旧情复燃，还有就是老伴性格敏感胡乱吃醋。大家都是凡人，自然会有种种头疼之事，人生的麻烦，不能逃避，劝和小组成员在为他人劝和的同时，也在互帮自助，为解决自身烦恼奋斗！最终他们战胜各种困难，更好的领悟了和谐二字的真意。。
