This intimate film follows Yuguo’s own teenage roman...。2010年秋，世卫组织官员小林荣子（檀丽 Rei Dan 饰）随队前往菲律宾扑灭禽流感，疫情很快得以控制，但仍有感染者私自离开疫区……次年，东京都的某家市立医院，医生松冈刚（妻夫木聪 Satoshi Tsumabuki 饰）收治的一名高烧病人入院后情况急转直下，咳血而死，病人家属与部分医生亦因感染而病倒。同时，近郊一家养 鸡场内检测出禽流感病毒，场主神苍及女儿（池肋千鹤 Chizuru Ikewaki 饰）的平静生活被打破。 小林荣子受命至此指导防疫，旧相识松冈担任其助手。疫情迅速扩散，一月之内病亡人数达到两千，各地出现恐慌，引发国际关注，政府迅速将疫区封锁。松冈偶然之下得知病毒源头可能另有所在，国外传回的检测结果支持了他的判断，松冈决定远赴国外查找病源。在空前的疫情中，松冈、小林以及神苍每个人都将面临自己选择的考验。。
