该剧改编自朱戸アオ原作的同名漫画，山下智久饰演研究寄生虫的怪人天才科学家纽仓哲。他右手装着像机器人一样的假手，买下箱根的巨大植物园将温室改造成自宅兼研究所，与各种各样的动物朝夕相伴。本作讲述了他和助手高家春马等人利用科学的知识解决各种棘手案件的故事。。高中时温柔苦追校草裴之霖终成眷属，高考后突逢父亲撞残母亲情人后身亡。温柔被裴家施压分手，谎称不爱后出国。多年后重逢，裴之霖假意逼婚却遭她疏离，因心理医生误会濒临破裂时，温母二次背叛致温柔抑郁复发，裴之霖追至疗愈心结，终揭所有真相破镜重圆。。A young woman (Rosemary Wilcox) is haunted by pop-Freudian dreams of her recently murdered psychologist (and lover), so for some reason she goes to a resort where the psychologist liked to hang out and becomes involved with a gangster (Adolf Celli) and the strange female resort owner (Alida Valli). Soon more murders occur involving the other guests at the resort.。
