干探雷大勇和上司沈Sir合得来，和高级督察叶振强感情也非常不错；张启华原是一个好探员，他被诬贩毒坐了十年冤狱，出狱后他先杀了退休探员猪头炳，下一个目标是雷大勇，因为他认为他俩是陷害他的对头人。大勇和富家子发生争执，不久富家子被杀，大勇被指为凶手，他从警署中逃出来找真凶。启华和大勇遇上了，发生打斗，振强赶到告知他们内幕真相，真凶原来是沈Sir。沈Sir侦知启华，大勇的下落，和手下赶到欲杀他们灭口，一番激战之后，启华和沈Sir枪战中死亡，振强和能证明大勇冤枉的证人海伦亦受伤，大勇侥幸没有受伤，沉冤得雪。。一群热爱音乐的人汇聚在一起，深入城市采风，三天极限创作，把生活写成歌，带领观众步入“会唱歌的院子”，共同书写城市最动人的乐章。。The film opens with a narrated disclaimer over footage of an opening coffin.
